Mr Zaetz is a Sydney-based solicitor with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial negotiations. He has advised a range of ASX-listed and private companies, including those operating in the resources sector, providing him with a strong understanding of the legal and transactional aspects of exploration and development projects. Mr Zaetz currently serves as an Executive Director of Resolution Minerals Ltd and brings a valuable combination of legal expertise and commercial acumen to the Pinnacle Board as the Company continues to assess and execute strategic opportunities. The Company also advises that Mr Jay Stephenson has resigned as a Director of Pinnacle, effective immediately. Mr Stephenson will continue in his role as Company Secretary.
