For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Pinnacle provides the following information in relation to its request: a) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a significant acquisition and capital raise; b) Pinnacle requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 14 October 2025, or when the anticipated announcement referred to in (a) above is released to the market; and c) Pinnacle is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
